MyBank is way to pay for goods and services that you buy on the internet

MyBank is safer than other methods of payment as: 

  • It is a solution provided by your bank or PSP
  • When you make the payment, no personal information, bank details, or payment information are given to the person you are paying.
  • There is no need for you to register, with anybody else, no need to give anybody else your contact details and, no need for your to remember new passwords. 

You simply click on the “MyBank” button, enter the name of your Bank or PSP, and are then redirected to the safe and secure on-line banking platform of your PSP.

You log on to you bank, with your usual on-line banking credentials, and confirm the payment.

You will then return to the merchant.

You can use MyBank through the on-line banking of your bank. If your bank participates in MyBank, then you have it automatically – no sign up needed!

A Payment Service Provider (PSP) is a bank, payment institution, or e-money institution which provides you with banking and/or payment account services, including access to an online banking account from which you can initiate and authorise payments.

If your PSP participates in the MyBank Solution, it will act as your ‘Buyer Bank’.

This means that your Bank or PSP does not yet provide MyBank services. If you would like to be able to use MyBank, please fill in the contact form and we will then contact your PSP.

Any questions you have regarding the payment should be addressed to your PSP, whilst questions regarding your purchase order should be addressed to the merchant.
